Terms of sale
Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the distance sale of Nellahouse Signature products via nellahousesignature.com. Their full acceptance is required at the time of ordering.

Products
Products are described and illustrated on their respective pages. Photographs are provided for illustration and are not contractual. The Maison reserves the right to remove a product from the catalogue at any time.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. As a micro-enterprise, Nellahouse Signature benefits from the VAT franchise (article 293 B of the French Tax Code): VAT is neither applicable nor charged. Displayed prices are net.
Shipping zones and conditions
Complimentary delivery to metropolitan France, Belgium, Spain and the United Kingdom, within 48 to 72 business hours via Colissimo after dispatch. Any customs duties for deliveries to the United Kingdom remain at the recipient's expense.
Order
The order process is: add to cart, checkout with account creation or sign-in, online payment, email confirmation. The order is firm upon receipt of validated payment.
Payment
Payment is secured by Stripe. Depending on the billing country: card, Link, PayPal, Bancontact or Klarna. No card data is stored by Nellahouse Signature. The order is validated after payment authorisation.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal without cause. A standard withdrawal form is available on request at contact@suppdevsync.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order.
Warranties
The customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and the warranty against hidden defects (article 1641 of the French Civil Code).
Liability
The Maison's liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure, customer fault or temporary site unavailability due to maintenance.

Governing law and mediation
These Terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the customer may refer the case to the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The competent courts are those of the seller's registered office.
